With more than 20 years of experience in soccer, Neal serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Soccer Central. Originally from Ciudad Guatemala, he holds an A-License coaching certification and is a proud family man. Alongside his wife Jennifer and their beloved pets, Tucker and Paulie, Neal is dedicated to fostering the development of every player.
